Princess Tea

A couple of weeks ago we went to the Princess Tea Party at our church.  It is such a sweet special event for girls and moms, grandmas, friends etc.  We started out with a craft, decorating a crown and autograph book.  There were princesses there and they must get their autograph.  Then they went to the auditorium for storytime.  Ms. Shirley Broom read Princess and the Pea.  Then the girls got to lay down on the bed and see if they felt the pea.  They were then sent upstairs and walked back down being presented to everyone as a Princess.  It was "Princess Kimberlyn and her mom!"  No, I was not announced as a Queen.  :)  Then we had a lovely tea brunch.  Kimberlyn was disappointed her only option was lemonade.  This girl loves tea just like her Mama!

Just call her Kimberlan!
