Another Thrill on the Hill

Tonight we went back to the Blue Bonnet Hill for a picnic with daddy. No pictures this time b/c we have had quite the day. The day started off with church and then our yearly Day of the Young Child Celebration. Awesome! Pony Rides, Bounce House, Bounce Slide, Fire Truck, House on Fire Simulation (getting to crawl out of a window in a really smoky room), Train Ride, Cotton Candy and Snow Cones! What a day! It was another lovely evening. More running and chasing butterflies, and then Kimberlyn's favorite - Chase with Daddy. When it was time to leave Kimberlyn had a hard time obeying. When she finally came to the car she said, "I am sorry I did not obey. The Blue Bonnets are like my home." Love this nature girl! Blake was very hot and sweaty from tons of running so a nice drink of water was very enticing for our little guy.
