A Day out With Thomas

This year the Easter Bunny went all out and got us tickets to a Day Out with Thomas.  The Easter Bunny did the perfect thing by giving us a morning ride b/c we got there with plenty of parking, and it was nice and cool.  As soon as we got there, we were shuttled from the Library to the Island of Sodor.  It was so cool; it really felt like the kids story books coming to life.  They really did a great job with A Day out with Thomas.  Easter Bunny money well spent.  It was not overwhelming at all as I expected. The kids said they wished they could come everyday.  Maybe next year. It really was fun.  I let Jake take the pics today so I could just enjoy the day with the kids, and I am rarely in their pictures.

The Island of Sodor.  Probably should have taken from a different location, but still a nice look.

We told them we were on Clarabel.  We eventually learned we could turn the seat around and ride looking at each other.  Way awesome!

We listened to Thomas music and had several questions asked about the show.  They had us clap and stomp our feet to music at one point as well.

Of course you had to stand in line and pay for a close up with Thomas.  Once they saw what we did the Staff stood in front of the gate.  So we could not get a better picture.
