Blake's Friends

Blake and I sure do miss Kimberlyn now that she goes to school everyday.  But one blessing we now have is that we can now have a playdate just for Blake.  Don't get me wrong, Blake loves Ellie and had a ball getting to grow up with Kimberlyn and Ellie.  Those 2 girls were awesome at including him and even putting up with his little brother shenanigans.  :)  But it is nice that Blake can play with boys who share his passion ....CARS.  Take a look at these precious pictures (taken by Rachel - aka Ethan's mom :) ).  These boys got along so well.  I see a bright friendship future for these boys - friends are a blessing.

3 boys born within months of each other (Blake and Ethan - 2 weeks!)

Look at this awesome truck that can hold 3 sweet boys.  It was a bit of a challenge for each of them to drive.  Moms had to do quite a bit of work.  LOL But they did not mind.  They did what boys do - figure it out.

It became such a challenge that Asthon wanted to know what was going on under the hood.

Blake had no problem checking it out.

Ethan decides it is time to call AAA. While Asthon is not the least bit worried, and Blake checks to see if the radio has anything to do with their problem.  :)

Blake's turn to drive.  I was impressed with how quickly he learned a few things, but it is still quite a challenge.  These cars may be genius....start teaching kids to drive early.  

Love is pushing your friend on a swing.

Ashton loved the Dora Halloween book.  He found any place he could to sit down and read it.

Meanwhile, Blake and Ethan look for monsters.

Friends are truly a blessing. I am so thankful to God, our Father, that my kids are growing up around such great friends.  I am blessed to be friends with their mommies as well (and daddies too).
